• Processing Time

  All orders are processed within 10–15 business days. Orders on weekends & public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• United States

  Standard delivery 8–15 business days. Express shipping 5–8 business days, flat rate $15.

• International (Europe, Canada and other 28+ regions)

  Delivery takes 10–20 business days with free shipping.

• Customs Notice

  All duties, import taxes and clearance fees are included in your order price. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection are out of our control.

• Tracking

  A tracking link will be sent to your registered email once the parcel departs our warehouse.

• Damaged Packages

  Please contact us with photos within 7 calendar days after receiving the package for support.
