Email eason@hlfurnish.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return. We'll provide a prepaid return label.

Pack Your System
Use the original packaging if possible. Include all components: control unit, mattress cover, hoses, and accessories.

Ship with Prepaid Label
Drop off at any authorized shipping location. Track your return and we'll notify you when we receive it.

Receive Your Refund
Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
