The IS-01 / IS-02 system includes the main controller, the dual-zone water-circulating mattress pad, two sets of food-grade silicone tubes, the power adapter, and a quick start guide. The IS-02 also includes the heart rate monitoring band.

Match the red and blue connectors on the pad to the same-colored ports on the main unit (red = warm side, blue = cool side), push them in until they click, then plug the adapter into a standard 110-240V outlet. Two people make it easier to align the connectors.

Use distilled or purified water only. Open the fill port, add water up to the MAX line, then close the cap tightly. Run the unit for 30 seconds to purge trapped air, top up if needed, and repeat until the water level stays stable.

Place the main unit on a flat, dry surface within reach of the bed — a nightstand or the floor beside the bed works well. Keep at least 10 cm (4 in) of clearance around the vents and never block the air intake or the tube ports.
