Yes. Our patented water-electricity separation ensures zero electrical contact with the water circuit. The system meets A-grade safety standards with multiple redundant protections: tip-over shutoff, overheat protection, low-water auto-stop, and child lock.
The system operates at ≤200W maximum — about 1/6 the power of a typical AC. Over an 8-hour night, average consumption is roughly 1.2 kWh, costing less than $0.15 per night in most regions.
Yes. Both IS-01 and IS-02 models feature independent left/right dual-zone temperature control. Each side can be set between 16-40°C with ±1°C accuracy, accommodating partners with different thermal preferences.
Replace the water every 3 months using purified or distilled water only. The mattress cover is machine-washable (gentle cycle, air dry). The main unit requires no internal cleaning — simply wipe the exterior. Do not use tap water.
Yes. The ICE SLEEP mattress cover is designed to fit standard mattress sizes (Twin, Full, Queen, King, and California King). It features elastic corner straps for a secure fit and is compatible with most mattress types.
The system operates at ≤25dB — quieter than a whisper. The DC brushless pump and solid-state TEC module produce virtually no sound. Most users report they cannot hear it at all during sleep.
