Water Usage
Use ONLY purified or distilled water. Replace every 3 months. Never add chemicals, oils, or fragrances. Drain before moving or storing.
Electrical Safety
Use supplied adapter only (110-240V). Connect to grounded outlet. Never use with damaged cords. 5-layer protection (E1-E5) built in.
Temperature Guidelines
Set between 16-40°C only. Gradual 2-3°C adjustments recommended. Not a medical device. Consult doctor if you have circulatory conditions.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Gentle cycle wash for cover (air dry only). Wipe main unit with damp cloth. No user-serviceable parts inside. Unauthorized repairs void warranty.
Child & Pet Safety
Enable child lock in app. Keep main unit out of reach. Secure tubes under bedding. Main unit is not a toy.
General Safety
Indoor residential use only. Keep upright at all times. Unplug during storms or extended non-use. Do not insert objects into vents or ports.
